I will assist you in determining the best type of entity for your business. Then, I will prepare all necessary documents, draft your shareholders agreement or operating agreement and file all necessary filings for your business entity. I can also assist you in maintaining your corporate documents.

I can perform most of the duties an in-house corporate counsel would perform for your company. I will draft, review, and negotiate your legal contracts from leases to joint venture agreements. I will assist you in addressing all your legal concerns that may arise. I will also register any trademarks with the State or with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and register any copyrights with the Federal Copyright Office.

I will prepare all documents necessary for the purchase and sale of a business. I will represent either the Buyer or the Seller or I will act as a transactional attorney, preparing the documents as requested by a business broker. I will prepare the following documents:
